01General Terms & Conditions
12 Mos A trusted online betting platform in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 12 Mos and its members. These Terms have been prepared in both English and Bangla; in the event of any dispute, the Bangla version shall prevail.

02Account & Registration
12 MosTo open an account with us, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. We are committed to verifying the identity of every member, as this helps maintain a safe environment for everyone.
Eligibility Requirements

Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
04Withdrawal Policy
Getting your winnings fast is your right. 12 Mos Every effort is made to keep the withdrawal process as fast and straightforward as possible. However, certain verification steps are required for security and legal compliance.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500
- Standard Processing Time: 15 minutes to 24 hours
- KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals may be restricted until wagering requirements are met.
Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection
A withdrawal request may be declined or delayed in any of the following circumstances:
- If KYC verification is incomplete
- For suspicious transactions, pending investigation
- If the wagering requirement for a bonus has not been met
- While a dispute is active on the account
05Bonuses & Promotions

- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.

Wagering Requirement
A specified number of bets must be placed before any bonus amount can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is clearly stated alongside each offer. General rules:
- The wagering requirement for bonuses is generally x8 to x20 up to.
- Bonus usage may be restricted on certain games or markets.
- Bonus validity typically starts from the date of issue and lasts 30 days।
- Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
Please note: Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
06Betting Rules
12 MosPlease read and understand these rules before placing bets. Our betting rules are designed to ensure a fair and transparent experience for everyone.
Bet Acceptance & Confirmation
- A bet is considered final once the system issues a confirmation.
- Any bet left incomplete due to a technical error will be considered void.
- Bets submitted before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
If a match is cancelled or abandoned
- If a match is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
- If a match is abandoned within a set period after kick-off, a decision will be made based on the circumstances.
- Bets may be voided on matches abandoned due to natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
Live Betting
Odds change quickly in live betting. 12 Mos reserves the right to temporarily suspend live betting at any time. The platform is not liable for bets processed late due to network issues.
07Prohibited Activities
The following measures are in place to maintain a fair and safe environment for all members 12 Mosis strictly prohibited on:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Abusing the bonus system or engaging in arbitrage betting
- Using another person's account or selling your account
- Use of any fraudulent software or bots
- Match fixing or placing bets using insider information
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary.
08Account Closure & Suspension
12 Mos Reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Any breach of these Terms and Conditions
- If a discrepancy is found during KYC verification
- If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
- If an investigation is required for security reasons
Members may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be eligible for withdrawal, subject to applicable conditions.
09Responsible Gaming

10Dispute Resolution

- Minor changes may take effect immediately.
- Major changes are typically communicated at least 7 days in advance.
- Changes required by legal obligations may take effect immediately.
